Either you didn’t accept the model license or you didn’t correctly transfer your HF_AUTH_TOKEN.
To accept the model, go to the first part of the URL that’s failing, e.g. CompVis/stable-diffusion-v1-4 · Hugging Face, and accept the license.
Make sure you correctly copied your HuggingFace token, and that it got built / deployed or is otherwise being used properly by the container.
