Apologies for the long queues and four hours of downtime. One of our upstream providers went down without prior warning or notice.
We’re using an alternative provider now but it’s more expensive. Unfortunately this means much longer queue times for free users during periods of high usage. Sorry about that.
As a reminder, with paid credits you get a higher priority in the queue. And this remains even if you’re using your daily free credits first. Just keep at least 5 paid credits in your account, and you can keep using your free credits and still skip the queue.
